  The ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a cleverly designed combination of the performance parameters of the IS-type centrifugal pump, developed by our technical staff, based on the general vertical pump design. Additionally, variations such as hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical, and oil pumps are available based on the ISG model, tailored to different operating temperatures and media. This series boasts energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

ISGVertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Product Features:

1. The centrifugal pump features a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, offering a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with minimal footprint and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller of the clear water pump is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized for effective balancing of radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and minimal noise.
3. Axial seals are equipped with mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, utilizing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to dismantle the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump assembly nut to remove all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow and head requirements.
6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientation to meet the requirements of pipeline layout.

1. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, designed for conveying clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom, and other cold and hot water circulation pressure boosting and equipment matching. Operating temperature T<80°C.
2. The IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high-temperature) circulating pumps are widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, as well as in hotels and restaurants for high-temperature hot water boosting and circulation for boiler systems, and urban heating system circulation. The IRG type is suitable for temperatures T<120°C, while the GRG type is suitable for temperatures T<240°C.
3. IHG Vertical Pipeline Chemical Pumps, designed for transferring liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with a viscosity similar to water, are suitable for applications in the oil, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature range: 20°C to +120°C.
4. YG Type Vertical Pipeline Oil Pumps, designed for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products, with a medium temperature range of -20℃ to +120℃.

ISGVertical pipeline centrifugal pumpWork Conditions:

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or system working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6 MPa, meaning pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6 MPa, please state this separately when ordering to ensure the overflow and connection parts of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the medium transported does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size less than 0.2mm.

Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify at the time of order so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
