II. Key Features
Portable particle counters utilize the light-blocking counting principle specified by the International Committee on Hydraulic Standards, designed for rapid on-site oil contamination level detection. They offer compact size, lightweight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, and good repeatability, and can operate under high temperature and high-pressure conditions, as well as extreme environments. Equipped with a micro-water sensor and a temperature sensor, they can simultaneously detect water content and oil temperature during contamination testing. Suitable for engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (i.e., insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, and other oils, they are widely used in fields such as aerospace, petrochemicals, transportation ports, iron and steel metallurgy, and automotive manufacturing.
