II. Performance Features

The Automatic Viscosity Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the National Standard GB/T 265 "Method for Determining Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products" and is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of petroleum products.

The instrument features a 7-inch or 10-inch color LCD display with a touchscreen operation for easy and quick user experience.

The instrument features a desktop structure, with a liquid bath on top and a liquid crystal display on the bottom, designed to be compact and easy to place.

●The mixing shaft and metal frame are both made of stainless steel. The bathtub is equipped with energy-saving lights outside, providing bright light for easy observation.

Instrument Automation:

Automatic恒温: After entering the main interface, set the bathtub temperature, and then click the temperature control button to achieve automatic恒温.

Automatic Detection: Place the sample into the viscometer tube, close the lid, click "Start," and the instrument will automatically maintain a constant temperature for 15 minutes (time can be freely set) before beginning the experiment. The instrument automatically extracts the sample to the upper level, and it is detected automatically by the infrared photoelectric principle, ensuring reliable methods and good reproducibility.

Automatic timing calculation: The instrument automatically times (from the upper to the lower liquid level) as the sample flows down and calculates the result.

Automatically save and clean data: After the experiment, data is saved to the history records and printed directly, followed by automatic cleaning and drying, for convenience in the next experiment.

● The temperature section of the instrument uses a precise platinum resistance PT100 for temperature measurement, offering high accuracy and precise display.

● The instrument detection section employs high-precision infrared fiber optic sensors, ensuring precise liquid level detection and accurate measurement time.

● The instrument allows for customizable settings of experiment, cleaning, and drying cycles, with data averaged to ensure reliable results.

The instrument features an internal heating bath protection function. If the temperature continues to rise beyond the preset upper limit, it will automatically shut off power and stop heating.
