II. Performance Features

The Liquid Petroleum Products Hydrocarbon Analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T11132 and ASTM D1319 "Hydrocarbon Content in Liquid Petroleum Products." It is suitable for determining the hydrocarbon content in petroleum fractions below 315°C. Its concentration range is applicable for aromatics from 5% to 99% (V/V), alkenes from 0.3% to 55% (V/V), and saturated hydrocarbons from 1% to 95% (V/V).

The instrument's ultraviolet light source is housed within the main unit's enclosed dark box, isolating the operator from the UV light source. This design changes the traditional setup where both the operator and the UV light source are in the dark room, thereby avoiding harm to the operator from UV rays. It also allows for the use of higher-powered UV lamps with confidence, significantly enhancing the clarity of the hydrocarbon separation interface and ensuring more accurate measurements.

● The instrument is equipped with a daylight lamp, which allows for quick and accurate recording of hydrocarbon component lengths through a special ruler.

● The instrument uses imported precision adsorption columns, silica gel, and indicators from the USA, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results. The calibration of the hydrocarbon area interface is done with a movable positioning pointer, which offers precise location.

The core component of the instrument, the adsorption column, is installed (removed) using a natural suspension method. Simply push the adsorption column into (out of) the opening of the column base, relying on the feeding section for positioning. No clamping is required, ensuring both quick and secure installation, with precise positioning.

● Vibrator integrated with the main unit, preventing damage from multiple disassemblies that could occur with the expensive adsorption column.

● Adsorption columns and their installation and disconnection from the gas line are highly flexible and convenient, with precise positioning, no need to alter the scale position.

●The area measuring device uses magnetic marking pointers and a special-purpose ruler. Moving the marking pointer is convenient and quick, ensuring a firm positioning for accurate marking and measurement.

The instrument is equipped with an oil-free air compressor, providing stable pressure for the system.

The internal air line design is simple and reliable. The operation panel is equipped with two pressure gauges and an air pressure regulating valve. Adjusting this valve allows you to achieve the desired pressure. (This valve is pre-set before shipment; no further adjustment is required by the user.) Its adjustment range is 0 to 103 kPa.

● After the instrument completes the experiment, it features cleaning capabilities and the ability to absorb silicone and samples, making it convenient for users without needing to connect to tap water.
