II. Key Features

The Engine Coolant Corrosion Tester is designed and manufactured based on SH/T0085 <<Method for Measuring Engine Coolant Corrosion>>. It is suitable for high-boiling and low-boiling point engine coolants and their concentrates, as well as for measuring the corrosion of engine cooling system rust inhibitors.

● The instrument consists of a metal heating bath, 6 temperature control units, a condensation unit, and a flow control unit.

● Metal heating bath for aluminum heating, fast heating-up speed, replaces traditional water baths, long service life, easy to operate.

● 6 independent temperature controls, allowing real-time observation of the temperature and flow size for each sample group.

● The instrument temperature control utilizes an intelligent digital temperature controller, ensuring precise temperature control.

● The instrument temperature section uses a precise platinum resistance PT100 for temperature measurement, offering high accuracy and precise display.

● The instrument boasts an aesthetically pleasing design and user-friendly operation. It can work continuously for extended periods with an extremely low failure rate, and is robust and durable.
