II. Performance Features
The Petroleum Product Density Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the newly revised GB/T1884-2000 standard. It is suitable for measuring the density of liquids, which are typically below 100 KPa in Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) using the hydrometer method.Crude Oil20°C density of petroleum products and mixtures of petroleum and non-petroleum products. This instrument is not only suitable for measuring the density of easily flowing transparent liquids but also for opaque liquids.
●The instrument uses a digital temperature control gauge to regulate the bath temperature, with convenient and reliable temperature settings (operation steps for the temperature control gauge are detailed in the temperature control gauge manual). When the bath temperature falls below the set value, the temperature control gauge controls a solid-state pressure regulator to activate the heater, raising the bath temperature. When the bath temperature exceeds the set value, the temperature control gauge controls the solid-state pressure regulator to shut off the heater, thus maintaining the bath temperature at the set value.
The liquid level in the instrument bath is stable after stirring, with uniform medium temperature. The stirrer shaft and the flow conduit are both made of stainless steel.
