II. Key Features
The Automatic Cold Filter Point Tester is designed and manufactured to meet the diverse needs of our customers, in accordance with the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0248 of China Petrochemical Corporation, "Determination of Cold Filter Point of Distillate Fuels." It is suitable for measuring the low-temperature properties of petroleum and petroleum products.
The instrument measurement system consists of a refrigeration system, control system, measurement system, and filtration system.
● The instrument features a 7-inch LCD color liquid crystal display, with an integrated design of refrigeration and absorption filtration units, ensuring convenient and quick experimentation.
● The instrument is mainly composed of refrigeration, filtration devices, and a control LCD screen.
Cooling: Utilizes imported compressors, offering fast cooling speed and long service life.
Filtering Unit: Standard design with an infrared sensor at the suction tube, high level of automation ensures experimental accuracy.
LCD Screen Control: Instrument cooling, temperature control, and experiments are all integratedly controlled by the LCD screen. After installing the sample, click "Start," the instrument automatically detects and times, and after the experiment ends, the data is stored and can be directly exported via a USB flash drive. Historical records can be queried.
