Horizontal Atmospheric Pressure Hot Water Boiler

Horizontal fuel (gas) hot water boiler is a horizontal internal combustion wet-back shell boiler. Its main structure consists of the boiler shell, firebox, smoke chamber, flue tubes, etc.

The combustion chamber features a wavy furnace tube or a straight furnace tube, joined with a butt weld, and a wet-back structure. This design avoids the issue of the rear tube plate being damaged by high-temperature flue gas, ensuring the boiler operates safely and durably.
The boiler body is manufactured, inspected, and of high quality in strict accordance with the relevant standards of T7985-95 "General Technical Conditions for Atmospheric Pressure Boilers."
Utilizing fully imported burners, pressure atomization ensures complete combustion, low noise levels, and meets both safety and environmental standards as required by the national regulations.
The boiler body is connected to the expansion tank, which is directly connected to the atmosphere, operating under atmospheric pressure without any safety hazards.
Boilers operate with full automatic control, automatically adjusting the outlet water temperature. The boiler's automatic ignition program is initiated, equipped with interlocked safety devices for low water, overheating, overpressure, and mid-ignition shutdown, ensuring safe, reliable, and secure boiler operation.
