Ultraviolet Curing System (Core Application)

  • Curing Coating:
  • Wood Coatings: UV topcoats for wooden floors and furniture, offering high hardness, high gloss, and excellent wear resistance.
  • Plastic Coatings: UV-cured coatings for plastic substrates such as phone cases and automotive interior parts.
  • Metal Coatings: Certain decorative or protective coatings for metals.


  • Curing Ink
  • Flat Printing Ink: Performs exceptionally well in UV offset inks, with fast curing speed and good adhesion.
  • Screen Printing Ink: Used for decorative printing on electronic product casings, cosmetic packaging, etc.
  • Flexible版 printing inks: Used in label and packaging printing.
  • Photocuring adhesive: Used for temporary fixing of electronic components, glass bonding, medical device assembly, etc., with rapid curing and solvent-free.

Photoresist (Photolithography胶)

In PCB manufacturing and part of semiconductor microelectronics processing, TMBI can be used as a photo-initiator in dry film photoresists and liquid photoresists.

  • Function: Generates free radicals in the exposed area, triggering a cross-linking reaction in the resin (negative胶) or altering solubility (when paired with specific systems), thereby forming precise patterns.
  • Advantages: Sensitive to medium and long-wave ultraviolet (UV) such as 365nm i-line, 405nm, suitable for commonly used exposure light sources.
