The core component of the rotary desiccant dehumidifier is a honeycomb-shaped rotor, made from a composite of special ceramic fiber carrier and active silicone; the rotor is divided into two zones on each side by a custom sealing device: the treatment area and the regeneration area.
As humid air requiring dehumidification passes through the treatment area of the wheel, the moisture vapor in the wet air is adsorbed by the active silica in the wheel, while the dried air is transported to the space needing treatment by the processing fan. The wheel, which rotates slowly and continuously, carries the approaching-saturation moisture vapor into the regeneration area. Hot air吹入再生区 reversely, causing the adsorbed moisture in the wheel to desorb, which is then exhausted outdoors by the fan, thereby restoring the wheel's moisture adsorption capability and completing the regeneration process.
Utilizing imported honeycomb-shaped silicone desiccant rotors, these are formed into a cylindrical disc with a desiccant and regeneration zone enclosed within a ceramic silicone crystal-constructed box. Air to be dehumidified passes through the desiccant zone, where the rotor absorbs moisture from the air, resulting in dry air. After absorbing moisture, the desiccant zone rotates to the regeneration zone, where heated air carries the moisture out of the rotor and expels it outdoors. Once the moisture is released, the rotor rotates back to the desiccant zone, where the process of dehumidification and regeneration is continuously repeated, providing a stable supply of dry air.
