Yiting Constant Humidity Purification Integrated Machine Product Features
1. Corrosion treatment
This unit employs high-strength steel for the frame, features a novel design, and has a simple yet reasonable structure, making it easy to install. The exterior of the unit is treated with spray paint for corrosion resistance. Internal components like the water tray are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The interior door panels and copper pipes are also covered with a corrosion-resistant insulation layer, effectively extending the product's lifespan.
2. Dust-proof treatment
The intake air of the unit is equipped with an initial efficiency filter, easy to clean, effectively preventing fine dust generated during production and use from entering the unit and blocking the gaps in the evaporator, which could lead to poor dehumidification performance and frequent malfunctions.
3. Fire treatment
Complete unit fire prevention design is implemented, with high-quality materials used for wires and electrical components, preventing fires caused by aging inside the unit. Additionally, all control electrical components of the unit are centralized in the distribution box, utilizing a low-voltage micro PLC brain controller, completely eliminating fire risks due to control electrical failures.
4. Easy control
The aircraft control system employs PLC control and a 7-inch color touch screen, featuring a user-friendly interface with full Chinese display. It's easy to understand and requires no operation training; simply set the parameters and press a button to start. It can automatically start and stop based on the user-defined temperature and relative humidity, with high accuracy and reliability, and an attractive appearance.
5. Energy-saving and efficient
The unit employs a low-noise centrifugal fan with high air volume, featuring either forward or top exhaust design for better air circulation and more efficient dehumidification within the processing space.
6. Multi-functional
This unit features dehumidification, humidification, and ventilation functions. When humidity is high, the dehumidification function is used; when humidity is low, the humidification or ventilation function is employed. This ensures both humidity requirements are met and energy efficiency is achieved.
7. Safety Protection
The unit features temperature and humidity display, fault display, and operating status functions. It is equipped with protections against overload, short circuit, phase loss, overheating, high voltage, low voltage, and water shortage alerts.
