The core component of the rotary desiccant dehumidifier is a honeycomb-shaped wheel, which is composed of a special ceramic fiber carrier and an active silicone composite; the wheel is divided into two zones on each side by a custom sealing device: the treatment zone and the regeneration zone.
As humid air requiring dehumidification passes through the treatment area of the wheel, the moisture vapor is adsorbed by the active silica of the wheel, while the dried air is blown to the space that needs treatment by the processing fan. The wheel, which rotates slowly and continuously, carries the approaching-saturated moisture vapor into the regeneration area; the hot air吹入再生区 reversely, causing the adsorbed moisture in the wheel to desorb, and the fan exhausts it outdoors, restoring the wheel's moisture absorption capability and completing the regeneration process.
Utilizing imported honeycomb-shaped silica gel desiccant rotors, these are formed into cylindrical disks with a honeycomb structure. The desiccant and regeneration zones are contained within a ceramic silicone crystal-constructed chamber, rotating. Air used for drying passes through the desiccant zone, where the rotor absorbs moisture from the air, resulting in dry air. After absorbing moisture, the desiccant zone rotates to the regeneration zone, where heated air carries out the moisture from within the rotor and exhausts it outdoors. The rotor, having released moisture in the regeneration zone, rotates back to the desiccant zone to continue the cycle. This process provides a stable supply of dry air.
