The core component of the rotary desiccant dehumidifier is a honeycomb-shaped wheel, made of a special ceramic fiber carrier and composite active silicone; the wheel is divided into two zones by a custom sealing device on either side: the processing zone and the regeneration zone.
As moist air requiring dehumidification passes through the wheel's treatment zone, the water vapor in the moist air is adsorbed by the wheel's active silica gel, while the dried air is blown to the space for treatment by the handling fan. The wheel, which continuously and slowly rotates, carries the approaching-saturation water vapor into the regeneration area. Hot air吹入再生区 reversely, causing the adsorbed moisture in the wheel to desorb, and the fan exhausts it outdoors, restoring the wheel's moisture adsorption capacity and completing the regeneration process.
Utilizing imported honeycomb silicone desiccant rotors, the rotors are formed into a cylindrical disc with a honeycomb structure. These are then rotated within a ceramic silicone crystal-constructed desiccant and regeneration zone chamber. Air for drying passes through the desiccant area, where the rotor absorbs moisture from the air, resulting in dry air. After absorbing moisture, the desiccant area rotates to the regeneration zone, where heated air carries the moisture out of the rotor and expels it outdoors. Once the moisture is released, the rotor returns to the desiccant area, where the process of drying and regeneration is continuously repeated, providing a stable supply of dry air.
