The Yingteng FP series fan coil units integrate advanced technologies from both domestic and international similar products. The heat exchanger is made of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, mechanically expanded.

The unit is equipped with an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger and a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that can self-lubricate. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and special hard chrome plating, ensuring durability and easy assembly and disassembly at the fixed points. The motor lead wires are protected with metal hoses, conforming to international standards.

Standard coil discharge outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure type discharge outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive process, ensuring durability without weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, surface treated with spray painting, while the concealed piping is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

The coiled tube material is made of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed through hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The inner body of the coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring an intricate arrangement of copper tubes, which boasts exceptional heat transfer performance and extremely low air resistance.
