详情描述

The Yinteng FP series fan coil units have absorbed the advanced technologies of similar products both domestically and internationally. In accordance with national standards, after numerous trials and measurements, a series of technical design improvements have been efficiently implemented, resulting in superior performance, wide application, a complete range of varieties, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and card-mounted units, among others. When paired with fresh air handling units, they are widely used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them the ideal terminal devices for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified in the national standard for "Fan Coil Unit" (GB/T19232-2003).

1. Cold supply operating parameters: inlet dry bulb temperature DB = 27°C, wet bulb temperature WB = 19.5°C.

Cold water intake temperature: 7℃, outlet water temperature: 12℃.

Heating operating parameters:进口 air dry bulb temperature DB = 21°C, incoming water temperature 60°C.

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at 1 meter above and below the front of the unit in an anechoic chamber.

3. The standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit has an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the resistance at rated flow; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combination cold and hot twin coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...

The air volume loss of the press unit is approximately 10%, and the static pressure loss of the high static pressure unit is about 20%.

Product Features

Available in horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-mounted, and more series.

Low overall height, saving building space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for variable air volume, catering to different usage requirements.

The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.

The drip pan is fully molded for a seamless design, and the insulation employs an integrated pressure bonding technique, eliminating concerns about condensation.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions to ensure adequate heat exchange and prevent pipe cracking due to freezing.

The evaporator is made of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, mechanically expanded.

The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

Precise design allows for the left and right configurations to be selected freely for ordering. Upon request, an automatic temperature control unit can be customized for maintaining constant temperatures in the controlled space; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all heat treated and chrome-plated for durability, with easy disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected by metal hoses, meeting international standards.

Standard coil outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring durability without weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are surface coated, while the concealed piping is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

Coiled materials are made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed through hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil housing is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes in an interlaced arrangement, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and minimal air resistance.
