详情描述

The YingTeng FP series fan coil units incorporate advanced technologies from both domestic and international counterparts. Compliant with national standards and after numerous trials and tests, they have achieved a series of technical design improvements with high efficiency. As a result, they offer superior performance, wide applications, a complete range of products, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and cassette units. When paired with air handling units, they are extensively used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified in the national standard for "Fan Coil Unit" (GB/T19232-2003).

1. Supply Cooling Condition Parameters: Inlet Dry Bulb Temperature DB=27℃, Wet Bulb Temperature WB=19.5℃.

Cold water inlet temperature: 7°C, outlet temperature: 12°C.

Heating operating parameters:进口 air dry bulb temperature DB = 21°C, incoming water temperature 60°C.

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at a distance of 1 meter forward and upward from the front of the equipment in an anechoic chamber.

3. The standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit has an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the water resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combination cold and hot twin-coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...

Press unit air volume loss is approximately 10%, while high static pressure unit static pressure loss is around 20%.

Product Features

Available in horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-mounted, and other series.

Low overall height, saving building space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.

The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper tubes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.

The drip pan is fully molded, and the insulation uses an integrated pressure bonding process, eliminating concerns about condensation.

Equipped with exhaust and draining functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.

The cooler is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.

The unit is equipped with an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger and a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

精密 design allows for either left or right-hand coil options for ordering. Optional automatic temperature control units can be provided for maintaining constant temperatures in controlled spaces; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed-phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that can be self-lubricated. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and special hard chrome processing for durability, with easy disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected by metal hoses, meeting international standards.

Standard coiled exhaust air outlets have a static pressure of 0~12Pa, while pressure retaining exhaust outlets have a static pressure of 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring strength, durability, and no weld marks. The appearance is beautiful and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are coated with plastic. The concealed piping is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

The coil material is made of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering excellent heat transfer performance and low air resistance.
