详情描述

The YingTeng FP series fan coil units incorporate advanced technology from similar products domestically and internationally. Compliant with national standards and after numerous trials and tests, they have efficiently completed a series of technical design improvements. As a result, they offer superior performance, wide applications, a complete range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and card-mounted units. When paired with air handling units, they are widely used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified in the national standard for "Fan Coil Units" (GB/T 19232-2003).

1. Cooling supply parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB = 27°C, wet bulb temperature WB = 19.5°C.

Cold water inlet temperature: 7℃, outlet temperature: 12℃.

Heating operating parameters:进口 air dry bulb temperature DB = 21°C, incoming water temperature 60°C.

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at 1 meter forward and upward from the front of the equipment in an anechoic chamber.

3. Standard configuration for vertical concealed units features an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combination cold and hot dual-coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...

The air volume loss of the pressurizing unit is approximately 10%, and the static pressure loss of the high-pressure unit is about 20%.

Product Features

Available in horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-mounted, and other series.

Low overall height, saving architectural space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.

The complete unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized sheet, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.

The water pan is formed through a whole molding process, and heat insulation is achieved using a whole-pressure bonding technique, eliminating concerns of condensation.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.

The cooler uses copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, mechanically expanded for processing.

The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

Precision design allows for the selection of either left or right-hand coils for ordering. An automatic temperature control unit can be custom-made upon request to maintain a constant temperature in the controlled space; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all tempered and treated with hard chrome for durability, with easy disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected with metal hoses, complying with international standards.

Standard coil outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water pan and insulation are made by molding, featuring an overall adhesive process for durability without weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe is made from sheet steel produced by Baosteel Shanghai, surface-coated with spray plastic; the concealed pipe is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

The coiled tube material is made by rolling seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed through hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The interior of the coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and thermal insulation materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an alternating pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and minimal air resistance.
