详情描述

The Yingteng FP series fan coil units incorporate advanced technologies from similar domestic and international products. In accordance with national standards, after repeated trial production and testing, a series of technical design improvements have been efficiently completed, resulting in superior performance, wide application, a complete range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and card-mounted units. When paired with fresh air handling units, they are widely used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified by the National Standard for "Fan Coil Unit" (GB/T19232-2003).

1. Supply Cold Condition Parameters: Inlet Dry Bulb Temperature DB = 27℃, Wet Bulb Temperature WB = 19.5℃

Cold water inlet temperature: 7°C, outlet temperature: 12°C.

Heating工况parameters: Imported air dry bulb temperature DB=21℃, incoming water temperature 60℃。

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at 1 meter above and below the front of the unit in an anechoic chamber.

3. The standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit has an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the water resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combined cold and hot dual-coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. A row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...

Airflow loss in pressurizing units is approximately 10%, while static pressure loss in high-pressure units is around 20%.

Product Features

We offer a range including horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, and wall-mounted options.

Low overall height, saving architectural space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.

The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.

The drip pan is formed by one-piece molding, and the insulation is achieved through a whole-press adhesive process, eliminating concerns about condensation.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipeline cracking due to freezing.

The heat exchanger is made by mechanical expansion of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.

The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan configuration, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

Precision design allows for the selection of either left or right-style coils for ordering. Upon customer request, an automatic temperature control unit can be provided for constant temperature control of the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and hard chrome plating for durability, and are easy to disassemble at the fixed points. The motor leads are all protected with metal hoses, meeting international standards.

Standard coil outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring strength, durability, and no weld marks. The appearance is beautiful and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are coated with plastic spray, while the concealed piping is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

The coiled material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil housing is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and minimal air resistance.
