详情描述

The YingTeng FP series fan coil units incorporate advanced technology from similar products domestically and internationally. Compliant with national standards and following numerous trials and tests, they have achieved a series of technical design improvements with high efficiency. As a result, they offer superior performance, wide applications, a complete range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and cassette units. When paired with air handling units, they are widely used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified by the national standard "Fan Coil Unit" (GB/T19232-2003).

1. Cooling supply conditions parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB=27℃, wet bulb temperature WB=19.5℃;

Cold water inlet temperature: 7℃, outlet temperature: 12℃.

Heating operating parameters: Imported air dry bulb temperature DB=21℃, incoming water temperature 60℃.

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at a distance of 1 meter from the front and above/below the unit in an anechoic chamber.

3. Standard configuration for vertical concealed units features an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combination of cold and hot twin coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...

Airflow loss in pressurizing units is approximately 10%, and static pressure loss in high static pressure units is about 20%.

Product Features

We offer a variety of series including horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, and wall-mounted options.

Low overall height, saving building space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable airflow, catering to various usage requirements.

The entire unit is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.

The water pan is formed as a whole by molding, and the insulation is applied using a whole-pressure bonding technique, eliminating concerns about condensation water.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.

The condenser is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.

The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

Precise design allows for the selection of either left or right hand coils for ordering. Upon request, an automatic temperature control unit can be customized for constant temperature control of the controlled space; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is a energy-saving fixed-phase capacitor motor, featuring imported high-precision ball bearings that automatically lubricate. The motor shafts are heat-treated and treated with special hard chrome plating for durability and easy disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are all protected with metal flexible hoses, in compliance with international standards.

Standard coil outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring solid durability and no weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are surface-coated, while the concealed piping is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

Coiled tubing material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The body of the coil casing is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials. The copper tubes are arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and low air resistance.
