详情描述

The YingTeng FP series fan coil units integrate advanced technology from similar products both domestically and internationally. Compliant with national standards and after numerous trials and tests, they have achieved a series of technical design improvements with high efficiency. As a result, they offer superior performance, wide applications, a complete range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and cassette units. When paired with air handling units, they are widely used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office buildings, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified in the national standard "Fan Coil Unit" (GB/T 19232-2003).

1. Supply cooling conditions parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB=27°C, wet bulb temperature WB=19.5°C;

Cold water inlet temperature: 7℃, outlet temperature: 12℃.

Heating operating parameters: Imported air dry bulb temperature DB=21℃, incoming water temperature 60℃.

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at 1-meter intervals in front and above the equipment in an anechoic chamber.

3. Standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit features an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combination cold and hot twin coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...

Airflow loss in pressurizing units is approximately 10%, while static pressure loss in high-pressure units is about 20%.

Product Features

Available in horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-mounted, and more series.

Low overall height, saving architectural space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, meets various usage requirements.

The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.

The drip pan is formed by a single molding process, and the insulation is applied using a whole-pressure bonding technique, eliminating concerns about condensation.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.

The condenser is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.

The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

Precision design allows for the left and right configurations to be selected at will for ordering. If required by the customer, an automatic temperature control unit can be provided for constant temperature control of the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that can be self-lubricated. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and hard chrome for durability, with ease of disassembly and assembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected by metal hoses, compliant with international standards.

Standard coiled outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water pan and insulation are made by molding, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring durability without any weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are coated with plastic, while the concealed piping is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

The coil material is made of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, with copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, boasting excellent heat transfer performance and minimal air resistance.
