详情描述

The machine casing tube absorbs the advanced strengths of similar products domestically and internationally, adheres to national standards, and has undergone numerous trial productions and tests, achieving a series of technical design improvements with high efficiency. Consequently, it boasts superior performance, wide application, a complete range of varieties, high efficiency, and low noise. Its types include horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and card-mounted units. When paired with new ventilation units, they are extensively used in hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, exhibition halls, and other low-noise environments, making them the ideal terminal devices for centralized air conditioning systems.

1. Cooling supply conditions parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB = 27°C, wet bulb temperature WB = 19.5°C.

Cold water inlet temperature: 7°C, outlet temperature: 12°C.

Heating operating parameters: Inlet air dry bulb temperature DB=21℃, water inlet temperature 60℃.

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at a distance of 1 meter from the front and above/below the equipment, within the anechoic chamber.

3. Standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit features an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the water resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combined cold and hot twin coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. A row of heat output is approximately 40% of three rows, low static...

Press machine air volume loss is approximately 10%, while the static pressure loss of the high static pressure unit is about 20%.

Product Features

Vertical exposed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, horizontal concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-mounted, and more series.

Low overall height, saving construction space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for variable air volume, meeting different usage requirements.

The complete unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong corrosion resistance.

The drip pan is fully molded, and the insulation uses an integral pressure bonding process, eliminating concerns about condensation.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions to ensure thorough heat exchange and prevent pipe cracking due to freezing.

The cooler is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.

The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

Precision design allows for the left and right configurations of coils to be selected as per order. Upon customer request, an automatic temperature control unit can be provided for constant temperature control of the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all heat-treated and hard chrome-plated for long-lasting durability and ease of disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are all protected with metal flexible hoses, complying with international standards.

The static pressure at the ordinary coiled-air outlet is 0~12Pa, while for the pressure-recovery type, it is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water pan and insulation are made by molding, featuring an overall adhesive bonding process for durability without weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe fittings are made of sheet metal produced by Baosteel Shanghai, with a spray painting finish, while the concealed pipe fittings are made of galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

Coiled tubing materials are made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil casing is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring a copper tube arrangement with minimal air resistance and exceptional heat transfer properties.
