详情描述

The Yingteng FP series fan coils incorporate advanced technical strengths from similar domestic and international products. Designed in accordance with national standards and through continuous trial production and testing, a series of technical design improvements have been efficiently implemented, resulting in superior performance, wide applications, comprehensive product variety, high efficiency, and low noise. The range includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and card-type unit series. When paired with air handling units, they are widely used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified in the national standard "Fan Coil Unit" (GB/T 19232-2003).

1. Cold supply operating parameters: inlet dry bulb temperature DB=27°C, wet bulb temperature WB=19.5°C.

Inlet water temperature for cold water: 7℃, outlet water temperature: 12℃.

Heating operating parameters:进口 air dry bulb temperature DB=21℃, incoming water temperature 60℃。

2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at 1 meter forward and upward from the front of the equipment in an anechoic chamber.

3. The standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit features an external static pressure of 12 Pa.

4. Water resistance refers to the resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.

5. When selecting a combined cold and hot dual-coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...

The air volume loss of the pressurizing unit is approximately 10%, and the static pressure loss of the high static pressure unit is about 20%.

Product Features

Available in horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-hung, and more series.

Low overall height, saving building space.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.

The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper tubes, and aluminum fins, offering strong corrosion resistance.

The water pan is formed in one piece by vacuum molding, and the insulation is achieved through an overall pressure bonding process, eliminating concerns of condensation water.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipeline cracking due to freezing.

The condenser is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.

The unit is equipped with an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger and a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

精密 design allows for the left and right configurations to be ordered at will. An optional automatic temperature control unit can be provided for precise constant temperature control of the controlled space; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all heat-treated and chrome-plated for durability, with ease of disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected by metal flexible hoses, meeting international standards.

Standard coiled outlet has a static pressure of 0~12Pa, while the pressure retention outlet has a static pressure of 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring durability without weld marks. The appearance is beautiful and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe is made from sheet metal produced by Baosteel Shanghai, with a sprayed plastic coating, while the concealed pipe is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.

The coiled material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, with the copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and low air resistance.
