Roof-mounted explosion-proof air conditioning units are all-air systems designed for indoor air treatment, integrating cooling, heating, dehumidification, humidification, ventilation, and air purification functions into medium to large-scale air conditioning equipment. The unit is divided into two sections: the compression and condensation section, and the air handling section. The compression and condensation section is assembled in a modular manner, while the air handling section features a modular design by function. Roof-type Explosion Proof Air Conditioning Unit Order Instructions

Users may select and combine various functional segments according to their needs. When placing an order, it is recommended to provide a diagram illustrating the combination of these segments, and the following data: (Standard units do not require this information) 1. Heat and cooling requirements and heating method; please note that the cooling capacity in the performance parameters table does not account for the change in air handler power due to the change in external pressure, which may affect the heat dissipation.

2. Function Segment Name, Quantity; Refer to Section VI for examples of Function Segment Combinations.

3. Provide excess pressure outside the machine.

4. If there is a fresh air section, the user must provide the fresh air volume and operating conditions. Standard fresh air operating conditions are dry bulb temperature 35°C and wet bulb temperature 28°C.

5. Standard configuration includes a pleated non-woven filter for the primary efficiency, and a bag-type non-woven filter for the medium efficiency.

6. Aircraft Operating Surface Agreement: The operating surface facing the airflow direction, on the right side, is referred to as right-hand, denoted as Y; on the left side, it is left-hand, denoted as Z. The definition of the operating surface includes the inspection door side, system inlet and outlet pipes, heat medium inlet and outlet pipes, condensate discharge side, and operating side.

7. Do you require a damper and the type (manual or electric)? If not specified, the product will not come with a damper.
