Explosion-proof ovens can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Groups II A, II B, T1 to T4.

Explosion-proof drying ovens are ideal for factories and research institutions for drying organic substances, preventing explosions, heat treatment, sterilization, and heating. They are the main equipment for moisture removal and heat preservation. Widely used in plastic hardening, curing, enameled wire, motor rotor drying, low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and thermal assembly processes for metal workpieces.
