Explosion-proof ovens can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are hazardous explosive areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Groups II A, II B, T1 to T4.

The "Yingteng" explosion-proof oven series has been specially processed with explosion-proof technology and is widely applicable in Class 1 and Class 2 flammable and explosive environments. It is suitable for research, oil, chemicals, medicine, power plants, and other places where there may be or could be II A, II B, T1 to T4 groups of combustible gases, steam-air mixtures, and explosion hazards. The Yingteng explosion-proof oven has passed inspections by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion-Proof Electrical Products and has been issued with explosion-proof certification and CCC certification; it features an aesthetically pleasing design, reasonable structure, and easy installation and maintenance (customizable options include explosion-proof refrigerators, stainless steel explosion-proof refrigerators, explosion-proof coolers, refrigerators with top, bottom, left, or right doors, and low-temperature freezing explosion-proof refrigerators, etc.).

Explosion-proof drying ovens are used in factories and research institutions for drying organic substances, preventing explosions, heat treatment, sterilization, and heating, as well as being the primary equipment for preserving temperature and removing moisture. They are widely applied in the hardening, curing, varnishing, drying of motor rotors, and low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and thermal assembly processes for metal workpieces. Not only do they ensure the quality of the workpiece treatment, but they also guarantee safe production. The operating temperature of this oven can be adjusted from room temperature of 10 degrees to a maximum of 300 degrees, allowing for any temperature within this range to be selected. Once the temperature is stabilized, the electrical control system can automatically control it.

High-performance CPU processing chips and highly sensitive, high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensors provide a more precise temperature control system, making operation more convenient.

Sensor failure alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnostic dynamic control, temperature display calibration, parameter memory, and a timing function up to 9999 minutes.

Independent temperature control and alarm system, automatically shuts off operation above set temperature, with dual safety measures.
