Variety in form and function

Corrosion-resistant industrial air conditioners are categorized into three main types: direct air supply, top air supply with front return air, and top air supply with rear return air. To meet the requirements of different working environments or functional needs of usage sites, the units are derived into various types such as heat pump, heat pump with electric auxiliary heating, chilled water electric heating, chilled water hot water coil, 100% outdoor air, and single cooling models. With a wide range of types and capacities, they can cater to the air conditioning needs of various commercial spaces and industrial special applications.

Direct Air Delivery

Direct-airflow models use bidirectional louvered blowers, offering long throw and high airflow volume. They feature compact size, attractive appearance, and simple, flexible application, reducing the amount of renovation and installation work for users. Suitable for local air conditioning in medium and small spaces.

Top-blowing type

Top-mounted air supply models utilize ducted air supply, allowing users to flexibly choose the air supply method and reasonably arrange the number of air outlets based on the space conditions and usage requirements, meeting the needs of centralized management and balanced temperature control in large spaces. The return air method is further divided into front return air type, suitable for direct return air in independent large spaces, eliminating the need for return air ducts and machine rooms: rear return air type is suitable for centralized air conditioning of supply and return air in multiple independent spaces, requiring the installation of return air ducts and machine rooms for each space.

The product utilizes a high-efficiency screw compressor, an internationally branded external flat thermal expansion valve, and a high-performance heat exchanger meticulously designed and manufactured. Evaporator

The heat exchanger utilizes high-performance internally threaded copper tubes and hydrophilic finned aluminum baffles, further enhanced by advanced mechanical expansion tube processing, to achieve optimal heat exchange efficiency.

Condenser

Heat exchangers are equipped with large-diameter corrugated fin design, processed through advanced mechanical expansion tube technology, offering maximum adaptation to various harsh dust environments while meeting heat exchange performance and efficiency. This design minimizes maintenance and cleaning, extending the service life.

Microcomputer Control

Microcomputer humanized control, LCD large liquid crystal display, with RS-485 communication interface, three working modes of ventilation/refrigeration/heating, features timer on/off function, power failure memory function, real-time clock display, etc.; optimized control logic, meticulously designed operating data and fault alarm full code query/prompt function, convenient and practical, the unit is equipped with multiple protection functions to ensure safe and worry-free operation.
