Variety in form and functionality

Corrosion-resistant industrial air conditioners are categorized into three main types: direct air supply, top air supply with front return air, and top air supply with rear return air. To meet the requirements of different working environments or functional needs of usage sites, the units are derived into types with heat pumps, heat pump with electric auxiliary heating, electric heating with cold air, hot water coil with cold air, 100% fresh air, and single cooling models. Direct Air Delivery

Direct-airflow models utilize bidirectional louvered blowers, offering long throw distance and high air volume. They feature compact size, attractive appearance, and simple, flexible application, reducing the amount of renovation and installation work for users. Suitable for local air conditioning in medium and small spaces.

Top blowing type

Top blowing type uses duct air supply, allowing users to flexibly select the air supply method and reasonably arrange the number of air outlets based on the space conditions and requirements, meeting the needs of centralized management and balanced temperature control in large spaces. The air return method is divided into front return type, suitable for direct return air in independent large spaces, eliminating the need for return air ducts and machine rooms: rear return type is suitable for centralized air conditioning of return air in multiple independent spaces, requiring the installation of return air ducts and machine rooms in each space.

Evaporator

The heat exchanger utilizes high-performance internally threaded copper tubes and hydrophilic finned aluminum baffles, further enhanced by the advanced mechanical expansion process, achieving optimal heat exchange efficiency.

The heat exchanger features a large-diameter corrugated fin design with aluminum, processed through advanced mechanical expansion tube technology. Microcomputer humanized control, LCD large liquid crystal display, equipped with RS-485 communication interface, featuring three operating modes: ventilation, refrigeration, and heating, with timer on/off function, power failure memory function, real-time clock display, etc.; optimized control logic, meticulously designed operating data, and fault alarm full-code query and prompt function, convenient and practical. The unit is equipped with multiple protection functions to ensure safe and worry-free operation.
