Selection Example

The control cabinet surface area is 8㎡ (A=8㎡), and the environmental temperature is 35°C (T0=35°C). The total heat generated inside the cabinet is 150W. To maintain the cabinet temperature at 28°C, the following calculation method for selecting the electrical cabinet air conditioner is:

△T=T0-Ti=35-28=7°C

Qr=5.5xAx△T=5.5x8x7=308W

Qt=1.2x(Qr+Qi)=1.2x(150+308)=458W
