As ambient air passes over the evaporator surface, due to the evaporator temperature being below the dew point of the air, water vapor condenses in the collecting tray and is drained out through pipes. This reduces the humidity of the air. The room can be heated, cooled, and dehumidified according to the user's requirements for the indoor temperature and humidity.
