Aesthetically pleasing and of high quality

The housing is constructed with a thermally broken aluminum alloy frame and a cold bridge-free, screw-free design concept. It is assembled from double-sided panels and an aluminum skeleton connected by special clips. The housing features a high-density double-sided steel plate polyurethane foam design with a foam density of ≥48 ka/m3. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, making it resistant to dust and bacterial growth, which is beneficial for enhancing the quality of treated air and is suitable for environments requiring purification.

The patented cabinet frame is constructed using a new cold-bridge breaking technique, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technology, with the insulation material integrated with the aluminum alloy, forming a composite material of high strength, effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The outer surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, ensuring a beautiful appearance and high corrosion resistance.

The assembly of the unit is secured with a custom aluminum alloy cover and dedicated clips, utilizing self-tightening plates for stabilization. The housing is sealed with dual internal and external fixation, ensuring a firm bond between the inside and outside of the unit. The unit features no exposed screws, contributing to a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure, enhanced strength, and prevents air leakage as well as completely isolates the cold bridge transmission.

The heat exchanger employs specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, increasing the internal heat exchange surface area and enhancing the intensity of turbulent flow, thereby boosting the heat transfer efficiency by approximately 20%; the compact arrangement of small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.

The Dongbu tube ensures optimal refrigerant state, flow rate, and pressure drop in both cooling and heating modes, providing high heat exchange performance in any operation.

Utilizing the diffusion胀head expansion process, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.

Direct heat exchange between refrigerant and air, without the need for an intermediate medium, ensures high efficiency and energy saving.

The microcomputer controller features a variety of automatic control functions including fault diagnosis, intelligent defrosting, energy management, and operational monitoring. It supports multiple operating modes, scheduled on/off operations, and can be extended with additional features according to the client's requirements.

A comprehensive protection system, intelligent self-detection functionality, ensuring crew safety and reliability with no need for dedicated maintenance; the unit features system overvoltage protection, system undervoltage protection, and phase-loss protection. It also includes power sequence protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, compressor motor overheating protection, excessive discharge temperature protection, anti-repetitive start protection for compressors, sensor failure protection, and multiple other protective features. These allow for early reaction to extreme operating conditions, risk avoidance, and can automatically shut down and lock in the event of a fault, providing automatic functions like fault display and operating condition recording.
