The cabinet employs a thermally broken aluminum alloy frame and a cold-bridge-free, screw-free design concept. It is assembled from double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton with special clamps. The high-density double-sided steel plate polyurethane foam cabinet design boasts a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The interior surface is smooth and even, resistant to dust and bacteria accumulation, enhancing the quality of treated air and suitable for environments requiring purification.

The patented housing frame is constructed with a new cold-bridge-breaking technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy during molding, resulting in a composite material with high strength and effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The outer surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high corrosion resistance.

The assembly of the unit is secured with custom aluminum alloy cover plates and specialized clips, featuring a self-tightening sealing panel. The housing is sealed with dual internal and external fixation, ensuring a firm bond between the interior and exterior of the unit. The unit has no exposed screws, making the structure simple and aesthetically pleasing, with enhanced strength, preventing air leakage, and completely isolating cold bridge transmission.

The heat exchanger utilizes specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, which increases the heat exchange area on the inner wall and enhances the intensity of turbulent flow, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency increase of approximately 20%; the compact arrangement of the small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.

The DongBu tube pays full consideration to the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop under both cooling and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operation mode.

Utilizing the expansion胀头胀接工艺, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.

Coolant exchanges heat directly with air, eliminating the need for an intermediate medium, ensuring high efficiency and energy savings.

The unit is equipped with system high-voltage protection, low-voltage protection, phase loss protection, phase sequence protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, compressor motor overheating protection, excessive exhaust temperature protection, frequent start protection, and sensor failure protection.
