Aesthetically pleasing and of high quality

The housing is constructed with a thermally broken aluminum alloy frame and a design concept of no cold bridge and no screws, consisting of double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clips. The housing features a high-density double-sided steel plate polyurethane foam design with a foam density of ≥48 ka/m3. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, making it less prone to accumulate dust and bacteria, which is beneficial for improving the quality of the processed air and suitable for environments with purification requirements.

The patented body frame is constructed with a new cold bridge interruption technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum profile for a strong composite material that effectively prevents the formation of cold bridges. The aluminum alloy exterior surface is treated with oxidation and sandblasting for an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high corrosion resistance.

The assembly of the unit is secured with specially designed aluminum alloy covers and dedicated clips, utilizing a self-tightening sealing plate. The housing is sealed with double fixation internally and externally, ensuring the unit's internal and external parts are firmly attached. The unit features no exposed screws, contributing to a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure with enhanced strength, preventing air leakage and completely isolating the cold bridge transmission.

The heat exchanger utilizes specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, increasing the heat exchange area of the inner wall and enhancing the intensity of turbulent flow, thereby boosting the heat transfer efficiency by approximately 20%; the closely packed small tubes significantly improve the heat exchange performance.

The Dong Bu tube ensures optimal refrigerant state, flow rate, and pressure drop in both refrigeration and heating modes, providing high heat exchange performance in any operation.

Utilizing the expansion胀头胀接工艺, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.

Coolant exchanges heat directly with air, eliminating the need for an intermediate medium, resulting in high efficiency and energy savings.

The microcomputer controller features a range of automatic control functions, including fault diagnosis, intelligent defrosting, energy management, and operation monitoring. A comprehensive protection system with intelligent self-detection features ensures the safety and reliability of the unit, eliminating the need for dedicated maintenance. The unit is equipped with system over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, phase loss protection, power sequence protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, compressor motor overheating protection, excessive exhaust temperature protection, anti-frequent start-up protection, and sensor failure protection.
