Aesthetically pleasing and of high quality
The cabinet is constructed with a cold-bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept design, featuring double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton with special clamps. It is designed with high-density double-sided color steel plate polyurethane foam, with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The inner surface of the cabinet is smooth and flat, resistant to dust accumulation and bacterial growth, which is beneficial for improving the quality of treated air and suitable for environments with purification requirements.
Patented box frame design features a new cold bridge interruption process, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technology, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy in a single molding, resulting in a high-strength composite material that effectively prevents cold bridge formation.
