1. Refrigeration/heat data is for an indoor-outdoor connection pipe length of 7.5 meters.

2. Customized cooling capacity is measured under nominal air volume conditions with an outdoor dry bulb temperature of 35℃ and a wet bulb temperature of 28℃.

The housing is constructed with a cold-bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept design, featuring double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clamps. The housing is designed with high-density double-sided color steel plate polyurethane foam, with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, making it less prone to accumulate dust and bacteria, which is beneficial for improving the quality of treated air and suitable for environments with purification requirements.

The patented body frame is constructed with a new cold bridge interruption technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy for a single molding process. The composite material boasts high strength, effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The aluminum alloy exterior surface is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high corrosion resistance.

The assembly of the unit is secured with a custom aluminum alloy cover and dedicated clips, utilizing a self-tightening sealing plate. The housing is sealed with dual internal and external fixation, ensuring a firm fit inside and out. The unit features no exposed screws, resulting in a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure, enhanced strength, and prevents air leakage while completely isolating cold bridge transmission.

High-efficiency heat exchange, superior performance

The heat exchanger employs a special high-efficiency internal threaded copper tube, which increases the heat exchange surface area of the inner wall and enhances the degree of turbulence, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency increase of about 20%; the dense arrangement of the small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.

The Dong Bu tube has been meticulously designed to consider the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop under both refrigeration and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operating mode.

Utilizing the expansion胀胀工艺 with diffused胀胀 heads, we effectively ensure a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface condenser.

Direct heat exchange between refrigerant and air, no need for an intermediate medium, high efficiency and energy-saving.

The microcomputer controller features a range of automatic control functions, including fault diagnosis, intelligent defrosting, energy management, and operation monitoring. It supports multiple operating modes, scheduled on/off operations, and can be expanded with additional features according to the client's requirements.

A comprehensive protection system, with intelligent self-detection functions, ensures the safety and reliability of the unit without requiring dedicated maintenance. The unit features system high-voltage protection, system low-voltage protection, and phase-loss protection. It also includes power phase sequence protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, compressor motor overheat protection, excessive exhaust temperature protection, anti-frequent start protection for the compressor, and sensor failure protection. With multiple protection functions, it can proactively respond to extreme operating conditions, mitigate risks, and in the event of a fault, automatically shut down and lock the error, providing automatic functions such as fault display and operating condition records.
