Aesthetically pleasing and of high quality
The cabinet utilizes a thermally broken aluminum alloy frame and a concept design without cold bridges or screws, constructed from double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clips. The cabinet features a high-density double-sided steel plate polyurethane foam design with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The interior surface of the cabinet is smooth and flat, minimizing dust accumulation and bacterial growth, thus enhancing the quality of the processed air. It is suitable for locations with purification requirements.
The patented body frame is constructed with a new cold bridge breaking technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy for a single molding process. The composite material boasts high strength, effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The aluminum alloy exterior surface is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high corrosion resistance.
The assembly is secured with custom aluminum alloy covers and special clips, featuring self-tightening flanges. The housing is sealed with double fixation internally and externally, ensuring a firm bond between the inside and outside of the unit. There are no exposed screws on the unit, contributing to a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure with enhanced strength, preventing air leakage and completely isolating the cold bridge transmission.
High-efficiency heat exchange, superior performance
The heat exchanger utilizes specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, increasing the heat exchange surface area inside, enhancing the degree of turbulent flow, and thereby raising the heat transfer efficiency by approximately 20%; the closely packed small tube design significantly improves the heat exchange performance.
The Dongbu tubes are meticulously designed to consider the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop in both cooling and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operating condition.
Utilizing a diffused胀head expansion process, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.

A comprehensive protection system with intelligent self-detection features ensures the reliability and safety of the unit without requiring dedicated maintenance. The unit features system high-voltage protection, low-voltage protection, phase loss protection, power sequence protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, compressor motor overheating protection, excessive exhaust temperature protection, anti-repeated startup protection for compressors, and sensor failure protection. With these multiple protection functions, it can proactively respond to extreme operating conditions, mitigate risks, and in the event of a fault, automatically shut down and lock the issue, providing automatic functions like fault display and operating condition recording.
