The unit housing is designed with a cold bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept, consisting of double-sided panels connected to the aluminum skeleton with special clamps. The housing features a high-density double-sided steel plate polyurethane foam design with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, making it less prone to dust accumulation and bacterial growth, thus improving the quality of processed air and suitable for environments requiring air purification.

Patented box frame body utilizes a new cold bridge-breaking technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite thermal insulation technique, with the insulation material integratedly formed with the aluminum alloy. The composite material boasts high strength, effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The outer surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high corrosion resistance.

The assembly is secured using custom aluminum alloy covers and dedicated clips, with self-tightening panels in place. The cabinet is sealed with dual internal and external fixation, ensuring a solid bond between the inside and outside of the unit. The absence of exposed screws on the unit contributes to a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure, with enhanced strength and prevention of air leakage, as well as complete isolation of cold bridge transmission.

High-efficiency heat exchange, superior performance

The heat exchanger uses a special high-efficiency copper tube with internal threads, increasing the heat exchange area of the inner wall and enhancing the degree of turbulence, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency boost of about 20%; the compact arrangement of the small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.

The DongBu tube pays thorough consideration to the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop under both cooling and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operation mode.

Utilizing the diffusion胀头胀接工艺, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.

Coolant exchanges heat directly with air, eliminating the need for an intermediate medium, and is highly energy-efficient.

The microcomputer controller features multi-functional automatic controls including fault diagnosis, intelligent defrosting, energy management, and operation monitoring. It supports various operating modes, timed on/off operations, and can be expanded according to the customer's requirements.

A comprehensive protection system with intelligent self-detection features ensures the safety and reliability of the unit, eliminating the need for dedicated maintenance. The unit is equipped with system high-voltage and low-voltage protection, phase loss protection, phase sequence protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, compressor motor overheating protection, high exhaust temperature protection, anti-repeated start protection, and sensor fault protection. These multiple protection functions enable proactive response to extreme operating conditions, risk avoidance, and automatic shutdown in case of faults, with features like fault display and operating condition recording.
