Yingteng's new type of explosion-proof ceiling-mounted air conditioner has the explosion-proof marking of Ex db ib mb IIB T4 Gb/Ex db eb ib mb IIC T4 Gb.

The YingTeng new model ceiling-mounted air-cooled unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

The housing is constructed with a cold-bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept design, featuring double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clamps. The housing is designed with high-density double-sided color steel plate polyurethane foam, with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, preventing dust accumulation and bacterial growth, which is beneficial for enhancing the quality of processed air and suitable for environments requiring purification.

Patented body frame with a new cold bridge breaking technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum profile, resulting in a composite material with high strength and effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The outer surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.

The assembly of the unit is secured with custom aluminum alloy covers and specialized clips, utilizing self-tightening plates for fixation. The housing is sealed with double fixation internally and externally, ensuring a firm seal between the unit's interior and exterior. The unit features no exposed screws, contributing to a simple and aesthetically pleasing structure with enhanced strength, preventing air leakage and completely isolating cold bridge transmission.

The heat exchanger utilizes specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, which increases the heat exchange surface area on the inner wall and enhances the degree of turbulent flow, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency boost of approximately 20%; the compact arrangement of the small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.

The Dongbu tube pays full consideration to the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop in both refrigeration and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any mode.

Utilizing a diffusion胀头胀接工艺, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.

Coolant exchanges heat directly with air, eliminating the need for an intermediate medium, ensuring high efficiency and energy savings.
