The housing is constructed with a cold bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept design, consisting of double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clips. It features a high-density double-sided color steel plate polyurethane foam housing design with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and even, which is less prone to accumulate dust and bacteria, thereby improving the quality of the processed air. It is suitable for places with purification requirements.
The patented body frame is constructed with a new cold bridge interruption technique, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technology, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy for a single molding process. The composite material boasts high strength and effectively prevents the formation of cold bridges. The exterior surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high corrosion resistance.
The assembly of the unit is secured with specially designed aluminum alloy covers and dedicated clips, using self-tightening panels for fixation. The housing is sealed with dual internal and external fixation, ensuring a firm seal between the unit's interior and exterior. The heat exchanger utilizes specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, which increases the heat exchange area on the inner wall and enhances the degree of turbulence, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency boost of about 20%; the dense arrangement of small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.
The Dong Bu pipe thoroughly considers the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop under both cooling and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operation mode.
