The Yiting Explosion-proof Air Handling Units can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Groups II A, II B, T1 to T4.

1. Return Air Conditions: Supply air dry bulb temperature 27°C, wet bulb temperature 19.5°C, incoming water temperature 7°C, and a 5°C difference in water temperature between inlet and outlet.

Supplying heating air intake dry bulb temperature of 15°C and hot water intake temperature of 60°C.

2. New Air Condition: Supply air dry bulb temperature 34°C, wet bulb temperature 28°C, incoming water temperature 7°C, and a 5°C difference in water temperature in and out.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Units

Box

The cabinet is composed of low thermal resistance wall panels made by assembling high-sealing profile frames with color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profile skeleton: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of: λ=0.022 W/m·K. High-density polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is anti-rust and corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing, and durable with minimal air leakage rate.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.

Table cooler

The evaporator core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion techniques. It undergoes a 2.8MPa air pressure seal leakage test, meeting the US ARI standards, ensuring superior performance and reliable quality of the product.

Dry Condensate Tray

The meticulously designed condensate trays and extra-thick insulation material ensure that the unit operates without condensation or dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly tilted for easy drainage. Moreover, the condensate pipes are sized for a non-full flow state, providing a discharge capacity over five times the normal operating volume. Timely discharge of condensate reduces the "wetting" time of the tray, benefiting both in reducing corrosion and preventing bacterial growth, thus ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed modular filter panels can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be made of nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
