The YingTeng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosion hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Groups II A, II B, T1 to T4.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit
Box
The cabinet is constructed with a combination of low thermal resistance wall panels made from high-sealed profile frames and color steel plates. The frame is made of an aluminum alloy profile frame: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foaming with a thermal conductivity of: λ = 0.022 W/m·K. High-multiple polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is resistant to rust and corrosion, aesthetically pleasing, and durable, with a low air leakage rate of the cabinet.
Fan
Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.
Table cooler
The evaporator core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion techniques. It then undergoes a 2.8MPa air pressure seal leak test, meeting the American ARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.
Dry-type condensate tray
Thoughtfully designed condensate trays and extra-thick thermal insulation material ensure that the unit operates without condensation or dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for easy drainage. Moreover, the condensate pipes are calculated for non-full-flow conditions, providing an排放 capacity five times greater than the normal operating discharge. Timely removal of condensate reduces the "contact time" of the condensate trays, benefiting both corrosion reduction and prevention of bacterial growth, thus ensuring indoor air quality.
Air Filter
Specially designed modular filter panels can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be made of nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
