The Yingteng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air in groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4.

2. New Air Condition: Supply air dry bulb temperature 34°C, wet bulb temperature 28°C, water supply temperature 7°C, 5°C difference between supply and return water temperature.

Explosion-proof fresh air air conditioning unit features

Box

The cabinet is composed of low thermal resistance wall panels made by adding color steel plates to a high-sealing type material frame. The frame is made of an aluminum alloy profile skeleton; the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K. High-grade polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is anti-corrosion, durable, and aesthetically pleasing with a low air leakage rate of the cabinet.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation and feature low noise levels and high total pressure.

Cooling Coil

The condenser core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, sealed tightly into one unit through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion technology. It then undergoes a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the American ARI standards, ensuring superior performance and reliable quality of the product.

Dry Condensate Pan

The meticulously designed condensate trays and thick insulating materials ensure that the unit operates without condensation drips in harsh environmental conditions. The slightly inclined installation of the condensate trays facilitates water discharge. Additionally, the condensate pipes are designed to handle a non-full flow state, providing an emission capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operating discharge. Timely discharge of condensate reduces the "wetting" time of the trays, benefiting both in reducing corrosion of the trays and in preventing bacterial growth, thereby ensuring the indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed plate-type filters can be easily removed from either side or top and bottom of the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in compact spaces. The filter material can be made of nylon embossed mesh or non-woven fabric.
