The YingTeng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m;

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free from corrosive gases.

c) Presence of explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit

Box

The housing is composed of a low thermal resistance panel assembly made by adding color steel plates to a high-sealing profile frame. The frame is made of an aluminum alloy profile frame: the panels are made of polyurethane integral foam, with a thermal conductivity of: λ = 0.022 W/m·K. High-density polyethylene panels or glass wool panels can also be used. This structure is resistant to rust and corrosion, aesthetically pleasing and durable, with minimal air leakage.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, with characteristics of low noise and higher total pressure.

Cooling Plate

The condenser body is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion technology. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the American ARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.

Dry Condensate Trays

Precision-engineered condensate trays and thick-insulated inner linings ensure that the unit operates without condensation or dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for efficient drainage. Additionally, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow conditions, providing a discharge capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operation排放量. Timely discharge of condensate reduces the "contact time" of the trays, benefiting both in reducing corrosion and preventing bacterial growth, thereby ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter
