The Yingteng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7°C to 43°C, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are hazardous areas with flammable gases, vapors, and air mixtures capable of causing explosions, classified as II A, II B, and T1 to T4 groups.

1. Return Air Conditions: Supply cooling air with dry bulb temperature of 27°C, wet bulb temperature of 19.5°C, and water inlet temperature of 7°C, with a water temperature difference of 5°C.

Supplying heat supply air dry bulb temperature of 15℃ and hot water inlet temperature of 60℃.

2. Fresh Air Conditions: Supply air dry bulb temperature 34°C, wet bulb temperature 28°C, incoming water temperature 7°C, 5°C difference between incoming and outgoing water temperatures.

Supplying heating intake dry bulb temperature -4°C, hot water intake temperature 60°C.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit

Casing

The cabinet is composed of a low thermal resistance wall panel assembly made from high-sealing profile frames and color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profile skeleton: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of: λ=0.022 W/m·K. High-density polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is anti-corrosive, aesthetically pleasing, and durable with a low air leakage rate.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced, ensuring smooth operation and featuring low noise and high total pressure characteristics.

Cooling Plate

The condenser core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion technology. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the AmericanARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.

Dry Condensate Trays

Carefully designed condensate trays and extra-thick thermal insulation material ensure that the unit operates without condensation or dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for easier condensate discharge. Additionally, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow conditions, providing a discharge capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operation discharge rate. Prompt discharge of condensate reduces the "contact time" on the trays, benefiting both in reducing corrosion and preventing bacterial growth, thereby ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed panel filters can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be made of nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
