The YingTeng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7°C to 43°C, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazard areas formed by the mixture of flammable gases, vapors from Groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4, with air.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit

Box

The cabinet is constructed with a combination of low thermal resistance wall panels made from high-sealing profile frames and color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foaming with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K. High-grade polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is resistant to rust and corrosion, aesthetically pleasing, and durable with a low air leakage rate.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.

Cooling Plate

The condenser core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion technology. Afterward, it undergoes a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the American ARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.

Dry-type condensate tray

The meticulously designed condensate trays and extra-thick thermal insulation materials ensure that the unit operates without condensation drips in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for easier condensate discharge. Additionally, the condensate pipes are designed for non-full flow, providing a discharge capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operating discharge. Prompt discharge of condensate reduces the "contact time" of the condensate tray, benefiting both in reducing corrosion and preventing bacterial growth, thereby ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed panel filters can be easily removed from either side or top and bottom of the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in compact spaces. The filter material can be made of nylon embossed mesh or non-woven fabric.
