The Yinteng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air in Groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4.

Note:

1. Return Air Condition: Supply cooling air with dry bulb temperature of 27°C, wet bulb temperature of 19.5°C, and incoming water temperature of 7°C, with a temperature difference of 5°C between incoming and outgoing water.

Supplying heating intake dry bulb temperature of 15°C and hot water intake temperature of 60°C.

2. Fresh Air Conditions: Supply air dry bulb temperature 34°C, wet bulb temperature 28°C, incoming water temperature 7°C, temperature difference between incoming and outgoing water 5°C.

Supplying heating inlet dry bulb temperature -4°C, hot water inlet temperature 60°C.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Units

Enclosure

The cabinet is composed of low thermal resistance wall panels made by assembling high-sealing profile frames with color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profile skeleton; the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of: λ = 0.022 W/m·K. High-grade polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is anti-rust and corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing, and durable with a low wind leakage rate.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.

Plate and Frame Cooler

The condenser core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion techniques. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the US ARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.

Dry Condensate Pan

Precision-engineered condensate trays and extra-thick insulation material ensure that the unit operates without condensation or dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for easier drainage. Moreover, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full-flow conditions, providing a drainage capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operation volume. Timely drainage of condensate reduces the "wet contact" time of the tray, benefiting both in minimizing corrosion and preventing bacterial growth, thus ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed modular filters can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
