The Yingteng explosion-proof air handling unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by the mixture of flammable gases, vapors, and air in groups II A, II B, T1 to T4.

Explosion-proof fresh air air conditioning unit features
Box
The cabinet is composed of low thermal resistance wall panels made from high-sealing profile frames and color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profile skeleton; the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foaming with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K. High-grade polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is corrosion-resistant and aesthetically pleasing, with a low wind leakage rate.
Fan
Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans have been precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.
Cooling plate
The condenser core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion technology. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the American ARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.
Dry-type condensate pan
Precision-engineered condensate trays and thick-insulation materials ensure that the unit operates without condensation or dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly tilted for efficient drainage. Additionally, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow, providing drainage capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operation discharge. Timely removal of condensate reduces the "contact time" on the trays, benefiting both corrosion reduction and prevention of bacterial growth, thus ensuring indoor air quality.
Air Filter
Specially designed modular plate filters can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be made of nylon embossed mesh or non-woven fabric.
