The YingTeng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air in Group II A, II B, T1 to T4 categories.

1. Return Air Conditions: Supply air dry bulb temperature 27°C, wet bulb temperature 19.5°C, incoming water temperature 7°C, and a 5°C difference in water temperature between inlet and outlet.

Supplying heating air intake dry bulb temperature of 15°C and hot water intake temperature of 60°C.

2. Fresh Air Condition: Supply air dry bulb temperature 34°C, wet bulb temperature 28°C, incoming water temperature 7°C, and 5°C difference between incoming and outgoing water temperatures.

Supplying heating inlet dry bulb temperature -4℃, hot water inlet temperature 60℃.

Explosion-proof fresh air air conditioning unit features

Box

The cabinet is constructed with a combination of low thermal resistance wall panels made from high-sealing profile frames and color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profile frame: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of: λ=0.022 W/m·K. High-density polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is corrosion-resistant and aesthetically pleasing, with minimal air leakage in the cabinet.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans have been precisely balanced to ensure smooth operation and feature low noise and high total pressure characteristics.

Cooling Plate

The evaporator core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion technology. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the American ARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.

Dry-type condensate pan

Precision-engineered condensate trays and extra-thick thermal insulation materials ensure that the unit operates without condensation drips in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for easy drainage. Moreover, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow, providing a discharge capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operation discharge. Timely discharge of condensate reduces the "contact time" of the tray, benefiting both in reducing corrosion of the tray and preventing bacterial growth, thereby ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed panel filters can be easily removed from either side or top and bottom of the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
