The Yingteng explosion-proof air handling unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7°C to 43°C, free of corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air in Class II A, II B, and Groups T1 to T4.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit

Enclosure

The cabinet is composed of low thermal resistance wall panels made by assembling high-sealing profile frames with color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profile skeleton: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of: λ=0.022 W/m·K. High-density polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is anti-rust and corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing, and durable, with a low air leakage rate of the cabinet.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced, ensuring smooth operation of the unit and featuring low noise and higher total pressure.

Cooling Plate

The evaporator core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion technology. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test, meeting the American ARI standards, ensuring superior performance and reliable quality of the product.

Dry-type condensate pan

The meticulously designed condensate trays and thick insulation materials ensure that the unit remains free of condensation and dripping in harsh operating conditions. The trays are slightly inclined for easier condensate discharge. Additionally, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow, providing an排放 capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operating discharge. Prompt discharge of condensate reduces the "contact" time on the tray, benefiting both corrosion reduction and preventing bacterial growth, thereby ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed modular filter panels can be easily removed from either side or top/bottom of the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter media can be made of nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
