The Yingteng explosion-proof air handling unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosion hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4.
The "YingTeng" explosion-proof fresh air unit series has been specially processed with explosion-proof technology, making it suitable for use in flammable and explosive areas in Zones 1 and 2. It is widely applicable in scientific research, oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power plant environments where there may be or could be IIa, Iib Group T1 to T4 combustible gases, steam, and air mixtures that pose an explosion hazard. Explosion-proof fresh air units are suitable for locations with temperature requirements. Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit
Casing
The cabinet is constructed with a combination of low thermal resistance wall panels made from high-sealed profile frames and color steel plates. The frame is made of an aluminum alloy profile skeleton: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of: λ=0.022 W/m·K. High-density polyethylene or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is resistant to rust and corrosion, aesthetically pleasing, and durable with a low air leakage rate.
Fan
Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.
Cooling Coil
The evaporator core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion techniques. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa air pressure sealing leak test, meeting the American ARI standards. This ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.
Dry Condensate Pan
Carefully designed condensate trays and extra-thick insulation materials ensure that the unit operates without condensation or dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for efficient condensate drainage. Additionally, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow, providing a discharge capacity over five times the normal operating discharge. Prompt discharge of condensate reduces the "contact time" of the tray, benefiting both corrosion reduction and preventing bacterial growth, thereby ensuring indoor air quality.
Air Filter
Specially designed panel filters can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be nylon embossed mesh or non-woven fabric.
