The wall-mounted explosion-proof fan coil unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

The complete unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized sheet, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.

The overall mold-injection formed drip pan, with insulation using an overall pressure-adhesive process, eliminating worries about condensation.

Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.

The cooler uses copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, mechanically expanded for processing.

The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan configuration, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

Precise design allows for the left and right configurations of coils to be selected as desired for ordering. If required by the customer, an automatic temperature control unit can be provided separately for maintaining a constant temperature in the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that can self-lubricate. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and hard chrome for durability, making the fixed points easy to disassemble. The motor leads are protected by metal hoses, meeting international standards.

The static pressure at the regular coil outlet is 0~12Pa, while the static pressure at the pressure residual outlet is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring strength, durability, and no weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe is made from steel plates produced by Shanghai Baogang, with a spray-painted surface, while the concealed pipe uses galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel plates.

The coiled material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil housing is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating material, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and low air resistance.
